Why Fast-Track?
This depends on each individual’s circumstances, beauty experience and lifestyle.
We are not a college, school or academy therefore your training will more likely be one-to-one or no more than 2 students in practice at the same time. This allows us to design the course around you as we are a private beauty clinic and training provider so we are not pressured by having a minimum number of students registered on a course.
Time is of the essence for some students, and we understand their urgency to kickstart their career. Our fast-track approach doesn’t compromise on quality – it enhances it. You’ll undergo an accelerated learning journey without missing any of the elements that make a competent and confident beauty therapist.
How does the course work?
- You will have an online learning portal to gain knowledge of the course
- You will have access to the trainer from day 1 until you qualify and post qualification support
- You will have video tutorials teaching you the treatment types
- You will practice the treatments and provide evidence of this for assessment and feedback
- You will complete online exams in the clinic
- You will complete a portfolio
- You will complete a number of overserved practice assessments with live models
- You will also have tutor guidance on how to kick-start your business once qualified

Elixir Skin Training offers a range of beauty & aesthetics qualifications ranging from level 2 to level 4, soon we will also offer level 5 qualifications making us a great choice when considering a career path in beauty & aesthetics.

Why complete a VTCT qualification and not online training or CPDs?
VTCT is internationally recognised by the beauty industry and you will receive OFQUAL Regulated Qualifications. The UK Government will also most likely introduce new regulation in the near future whereby all practitioners in the beauty industry will need to be qualified and hold regulatory qualifications for their field of practice.
Online courses can be good for obtaining knowledge, but you cannot obtain competence or skills by completing an online course and CPD accreditation is great as you can obtain knowledge, skills and competence, but they may not be valid forever if the government introduce these changes.
